01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and Kiss 98 ("Company", "We", or "Platform") governing your use of the kiss98.click website and all related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any Kiss 98 service, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms stated herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which form part of this agreement.

This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the kiss 98 platform and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the terms stated herein.

02 Member Eligibility

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification card or passport.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Exact date of birth.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Kiss 98 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Transferring, selling, or granting account access to another person is prohibited and constitutes a breach of terms that may result in immediate account termination.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Kiss 98 accepts deposits via secure and recognised local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no foreign currency conversion.

Kiss 98 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Please review your payment provider's terms before making a transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Kiss 98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit confirmed to originate from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Kiss 98 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered under the same name.

Kiss 98 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving large or unusual withdrawals as a security and compliance measure. This includes copies of your identification card, bank statements, or any other relevant documents.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means, fraud, or a breach of terms will result in the forfeiture of winnings and immediate account termination without any refund.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Kiss 98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 35x the total bonus amount received, depending on the promotion type.
• Different games contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%–25%, and Sports Betting contributes 50%.

Game outcomes are final. In the event of a technical issue or obvious software error, Kiss 98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. Kiss 98 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses, or legal action where necessary.

09 Account Termination and Suspension

Kiss 98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term within this agreement.
• Confirmation that the account holder is a minor.

• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded within 5 business days.

Accounts terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund of balances associated with the offending activity.
